There are pros and cons of getting your cabinets from Ikea. I think Ikea knows what they're doing. They purposely make sure not all of your items are in stock to make sure you keep coming back. Because every time you go back you get sucked into their labyrinth and buy more stuff. We've made the 45 minute trip back and forth what feels like a gazillion times.
We went back to pick up some items that had just come in on Valentine's Day and decided to make a date night out of it.
Hey Girl.
And you really can't beat a romantic dinner for a whopping $5.
Yes, it was a great Valentine's day. And of course...there is one more item we're waiting for. I'm on to you Ikea.
Dude - two hot dogs and a bag of chips sounds perfect to me.
ReplyDeleteHA! Those pics of Andy are hilarious!
ReplyDeleteAlso, now I want hot dogs for lunch.
Hoping IKEA gets their act together and gets you the rest of your kitchen soon!
SUCH an adorable post!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to know more about having your kitchen done through Ikea. It's something we're considering, but I don't actually know anyone who's done it before. :)
ikea has us locked in for sure, food to eat when you are famished from shopping brilliant idea plus it is cheap food so you can buy more furniture, they definitely know what they are doing!
ReplyDeleteIkea is so sneaky, it's basically impossible to walk out without something. We live super close to an Ikea and go there "just" for lunch sometimes. Except they make it so you *have* to walk through the whole store to exit so we always end up with about $50 worth of stuff that we couldn't resist. Love that place, my wallet? Not so much.
ReplyDeleteTOTALLY. We have had to schelp to the Ikea here 3 times because they are "out of stock" - and we inevitably eat there every time because...well you have to.
