My beautiful friend Kelly had her baby shower last weekend (on left) which was hosted by her sister in law Angie (on right). I'm so so excited because Angie's daughter Samantha is close to Parker's age, and soon Kelly's baby girl will join us and we now all live within just a few miles of each other! Mommy daughter dates here we come!!
There were a few babies at the shower and every time I'm around other babies I see more and more of Parker Penny's personality and just know this little precious girl is gonna be a handful. You see that adorable outfit she is wearing in the picture above? Well within an hour she had a blowout. This girl hates having her clothes changed, so I left her in just her diaper for awhile to avoid a massive melt down.
Within the next hour she had another blowout...it was a good thing I didn't dress her...because I would've been out of clothes for this child.
You see those other babies? Not a peep out of them the entire shower. Parker was a wiggly, fussy, poopy, squirmy mess. But oh how I love her.
On a side note, why do I look like a giant?
On another side note, I've restructured my sponsorship page and updated pricing--check out my updated stats! ALL ads are half off through the weekend and now run for 45 days. Use the promo code: JANUARY. If you're interested in doing a swap, feel free to email me.

hehe, Parker Penny! i love babies with personality!
ReplyDeletehave a great weekend!
I have the same experience with Jack all the time! I see babies (and now toddlers) who are his same age and seem to sit still and stay quiet through a dinner, event, whatever. That's just not my boy! He's loud, strong-willed, and wants to always be moving and I love him for all these traits, but it can be hard to take him anywhere sometimes! Yay for big personality babies!
ReplyDeleteParker Penny is Personality Plus with a lot of POOPS. :) Perfect.
ReplyDeleteShe is getting cuter by the second! And Parker sounds just like Millie, she is also so squirmy these days, she even tries to squirm out of her bumbo if you don't watch her every second! Though Millie only poops every 3 days (it is always a HUGE One but at least we don't have multiple blow-outs a day). Oh and I totally sympathize with the baby hates being changed thing... somedays M wears her pjs all day long, into the night and then a second day!
ReplyDeleteGirl's got personality and that's why she's awesome! Can't wait to see what she gets into the next few years. :)
ReplyDeleteBLOWOUTBABIES UNITE!
