ReplyDelete-I did my long run today instead of Sunday because the weather was finally not miserably hot...and I got "runners high" for like 10 seconds and it was incredible.
-We've been to 3 weddings this summer, turned down 2 and have 3 more coming up this fall.
-I'm going to Harry Potter world with my sisters in December and I am completely unreasonably excited about it.
-I'm a huge Gus fan! I SO WISH we could have a puppy playdate at the dog park. If you're ever in the Midwest holler at me! And I'll keep my fingers crossed I have a work conference in your neck of the woods someday :)

ReplyDelete-I started blogging 2.5 years ago with a different blog, but changed blogs because I felt like I needed a fresh new start. The new blog has been the fresh new start that I needed.
- I live in a small town in Ohio, but I hope to be moving back out west soon!
-My blog is a bit of this and that. I share photos of my family, fashion finds that strike my fancy, my manicures, and other random things. Its just my little piece of the bloggy world where I can come and let it all out.
-I believe with all of my being that smiles are contagious. So I try to smile at people in passing, hoping that it will brighten their day.
-I have two kiddos, a 4 year old and a 4 month old and 2 dogs.

-My husband is an amazing artist and can paint just about anything...and I can't even draw a stick figure. Opposites attract, right?
-We are expecting our first little one in November and are beyond excited! Nursery preparations are taking up all our spare time at the moment...and we love it.
-I played golf in college but never pick up my sticks anymore...maybe someday when I can teach our little guy!

ReplyDelete-Over the past 9 months I've gradually become a vegetarian but have a tough time referring to myself as one because it weirds me out too much.
-I'm not one to name inanimate objects but think it's really cool for some reason when other people do and always wish my cars had names (so random, I know!).
-My three BFFs from high school and me email each other back and forth every single weekday.
-I work at a church.
-My husband and I grew up in the same town but didn't meet until two years into college. Then it took him two more years to ask me on a date.
-I was on my high school's dance team. We were called the Vikettes and definitely did NOT have moves like Jagger ... our outfits were kinda cute though and we had fun!

ReplyDelete-I've been blogging for YEARS now, but Jitney's Journeys was created about a month after our wedding day as a way to document our marriage.
-Little did we know, we would visit seven countries (not including Hawaii) in our first two years of marriage.
-For my first job out of college, I worked as the PR consultant for a company that has a TV show on the Outdoor Channel (but I'm not a hunter or fisher).
-During my employment there, I told my grandmother that, if I could do anything in the world, I wanted to sew and make beautiful things for the rest of my life.
-JD, my sweet husband, got a job in Alabama a year later so I left the company and focused on making our apartment a home. Then, I decided to make my passion into my profession. Thus, we started up my new Etsy store and it's been a dream come true!

ReplyDelete- I originally started my blog when my husband and I moved to Scotland. We lived there for 3.5 years before moving back to California 1.5 years ago. My blog has evolved from talking about living abroad to documenting my life as a SAHM to my two kids.
- I have been rearranging my house on an almost daily basis lately. It's addicting.
- I love cooking dinner, but hate baking.
- I take an obsessive amount of photos. Its so bad that my toddler yells no when I pull out the camera.

- I'm not a soccer mom, I'm a figureskating mom. My husband skates pairs and my 5-year-old is flying through singles skating lessons.
- My husband and I worked across the street from each other for a year before meeting. I used to look at his car from the window of my store and say "nice car!"
- I worked for 2 very prominent scrapbooking companies for 4 years. Then I became a stay-at-home mommy.

ReplyDelete- I'm a military brat too! I moved 8 times before I left for college, and I still get the urge to move every few years.
- My blog is two and a half years old now. When I started it I was in grad school, then I graduated and went to work, found out I was expecting, had our son, and moved across the country! It has grown with me over the years, but my goal is still the same: to focus on things that are pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
- I have a three-legged dog and she is my fur-baby.
- I consider Montana my home state and dream about going back someday.
