Discover This! The Challenged Athletes Foundation

This isn't about wedding stuff, but I had to share about where I was last week.  I was on the road volunteering with the Challenged Athletes Foundation's main fund raising event--the Qualcomm Million Dollar Challenge.  Please check out this organization and what they do for athletes who have lost their limbs.  It is truly an inspiration to see men and women bike 620 miles in 7 days...especially when they have no legs.  It started in San Francisco and had stops along the California coast to Pismo beach, Santa Barbara, San Louis Obispo, Marina Del Rey, Newport Beach and finally San Diego.  A shout out to all the amazing and inspirational people I met throughout the week--you were phenomenal!

  1. This is so rad that you got to do this!!! I'm a cyclist and would love to volunteer for something like this... but I'm pretty sure I'd end up on my bike riding it instead :) So great, kudos to you for signing up and doing it.
